The candidate should have passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate in the case of Backward Class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only), or any other equivalent examination with following subjects.

• 1) General Science or Physics & Chemistry.
• 2) Mathematics or Algebra & Geometry, and
• 3) English
